I love this product!!! I love that it contains MSM, biotin, hyaluronic acid, and vitamins, all in one, so I don't have to take a bunch of separate pills. The capsules are easy to swallow. After more than a month taking it I have noticed, my hair has stopped falling out and my skin is more radiant.

I ordered the CATA-KOR Skin, Hair & Nail Formula supplement to add to my health-care routine. I regularly take biotin and calcium with vitamin D and this product has all three along with vitamin C, zinc and a couple of other supplements. Be aware of all the ingredients so you don't double up on any supplements you are already taking. The serving size is 3 capsules daily and you get a 30 day supply. They are easy to swallow, odorless and tasteless for the most part. I love that they are made in the USA and are third-party tested. I can't tell how effective they are yet because I routinely take similar products. I think they are a good value costing $20 at the time of writing this review. I recommend and would order again.

I’m on day 2 of these vitamins for my hair and skin. It has Vitamin C that boosts collagen for glow and stronger strands. The Vitamin A will keep my skin fresh and hair scalp balanced. It also has Biotin & keratin for thicker, healthier hair. The Vitamin E protects everything from stress and dryness. All them together will be making my you skin brighter and hair stronger. I’ve notice that I have way less breakage, which I love a product that gives real results.

They are easy to take and after several days of taking them, I have not had any negative reactions. The instructions state that goos things take time, and to allow 2-3 months to see results. Right now I am in that process of just starting them, so I will need to give it time to see the effectiveness - especially with the skin benefits since I was already taking biotin and other multivitamins. I appreciate that the ingredients are nice quality, these are made in the USA, lab tested and made in a GMP facility. I think that $24.99 for a bottle of supplements of this caliber is a reasonable price and so far am enjoying taking them and knowing that I am doing something good for my aging body.

This Cata-Kor supplement has a lot of typical vitamins and minerals that are supposed to support hair, skin and nails. I can’t speak to whether these things will be the case for you. I am trying it to see if it is the case for me.This supplement comes safely sealed and in a pretty pink jar. The pill is slight longer than a dime and is easy to swallow. It does not have any strong scent, flavor (but I just swallow with a lot of water) or aftertaste. You are supposed to take 3 daily, which seems perhaps like a lot and that it could get expensive. I appreciate that it is made in the USA and third party tested.
