I haven't been taking this supplement powder for long, so I haven't noticed any improvements in my skin. However, I did feel an increase in energy after the first serving, so it seems effective so far. I take it in the morning; if I took it at night, it would keep me awake. On an empty stomach, it makes me nauseous, so I take it after breakfast. It is easy to use; simply use the included scoop and pour one serving into your beverage of choice. One scoop is one serving, and it dissolves easily. I have used it with plain water and coconut water. When using it with plain water, it has a slight sour taste, but it's not unbearable. It is gluten and dairy free, but I wish it were non-GMO as well. I do think the list price of $49.99 is too much, even though it offers 100 servings.

I take multiple different supplements and already take an NAD (top container). While I did not have NMN in my stack, I do not add or take away without reassessing my entire stack so I don’t overlap or take out anything I need or take things that react negatively with each other. With that being said I did just this when starting to take the NMN (this product on bottom container in photo).A few things I like about Cata-Kor products as a whole, they are 3rd party tested and they seem to take pride in the quality of the products they put out. There is also a money back guarantee if you do not like the product. This is why I already have several Cata-Kor products in my daily routine.This product specifically says to take either under the tongue and let dissolve or take diluted in water. I know myself and under the tongue is not my favorite so I did research to see if I could take this with my creatine and there were no known issues so this is how I take it. No issues with taste and it dissolved without a problem. I have been considering taking an NMN already so I was pleased to be offered this one and I do like the product, however, I prefer taking pills over powders if given the choice. I do think that powders can give a better result, it is just a personal preference that I like pill form over powder form.I did take the NAD out of my routine in this case to add the NMN. While I will not be continuing to take this specific version of the NMN, Cata-Kor does have a pill version that I will be replacing both of these products with after I have finished the remainder of these products due to thing I already take now and so I don’t overlap too many products that I don’t need.Overall, good quality product that is easily taken. Price is on par with other similar products and I saw no negative results. I will continue taking NMN with an NAD from Cata-Kor because of this.
